Description of the States tab in Campaign Properties

Name: The name of the state.
Group: States in the same group will be included in a submenu of states.
Type: The type of visual representation associated with the state.

Image: The state will be represented by an image that will cover the token.
Corner Image: The state will be represented by an image that will appear in the a corner of the token. When this is chosen the Corner drop down menu is enabled.
Grid Image: The image will be sized to accomodate a grid specified by the Grid Size field. This allows for multiple states to be displayed on a token. For example, a 2x2 grid allows the display of 4 states while an 8x8 grid allows for 64 states.
Dot: The state will be represented by a dot that will appear in a corner of the token. The Color is specified by the color that appears in the Color field.
Grid {name}: The state will be represented by an image of {name} within the Grid Size specified.
Circle: The state will be represented by a hollow circle of the color specified in the Color field.
Shaded: The token will be covered by the color specified in the Color field with the Opacity specified in the Opacity field.
X, Cross, Diamond, Yield, Triangle: An image of the this shape will appear on the token. Color, Width, and Opacity are configurable.

Color: Certain Types have a configurable color. Click this to specify the color.
Width: Certain Types have a configurable Width.
Opacity: Defines the opacity of the state.
Corner: Certain Types appear in a corner of the token. The corner is specified here.
Mouseover: If check the state only appears when the mouse cursor is over the token.

Show To: Defines who is able to see the sate.

Configuring the States

Change the image for a state

Select the State from the list. Its name will appear in the Name field. Alternatively, the name can be manually typed into the field.
(Note that names are case sensitive. "Disabled" and "disabled" are different states.)
Select the appropriate Type. If it is an Image, select Browse or type the file path in the field to the right of Image. Click Update.

Change the name of a state

Select the state by click left clicking it. Change the text appearing in the Name field. Click Update.

Create a new State

Click Browse and select the image. Type the desired name of the State in the Name field. Click Add. The new state is now at the bottom of the list of states.
